Dr Hayley combines medical excellence with aesthetic artistry and a genuine dedication to her patients’ wellbeing. After earning her MBBS with distinction from Newcastle University in the 1990s, she completed her GP training and achieved her MRCGP in 2003. She then spent 16 years serving the Isle of Wight community as a GP, before following her passion for aesthetics.
Advanced training with the Royal Society of Medicine, Harley Street, and Wigmore Medical prepared her for her role as medical director and principal doctor at Orchard Cosmetic, before she went on to create her own vision—founding The Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic.
Now, four years on, the clinic has grown into a trusted destination for safe, high-quality aesthetic care. As founder and medical director, Dr Hayley continues to lead her talented team, personally carrying out all patient consultations and performing the majority of the clinic’s advanced skin injectables.
Her mission remains the same as on day one: to help every patient look—and feel—their very best, with the confidence that comes from being in the safest and most experienced hands.

With a dedicated focus on women’s health, she specialises in menopause management and leads our specialist clinic, Pause & Reset.
Amy combines her extensive clinical knowledge with precision and compassion to deliver safe, natural results.
Amy is passionate about helping patients achieve their best outcomes in both medical and aesthetic settings. She’s available at the clinic on Tuesdays & Thursdays, offering advanced aesthetic treatments with a strong emphasis on safety, precision and natural results.

Tracey Collins
Tracey is a highly experienced therapist, with 16 years at IW College where she led the hair, beauty, and hospitality departments.
She now brings that expertise to offer personalised HydraFacial treatments, carefully tailored to your unique skin concerns.
Trained by ZO Skin Health, Tracey can also guide you in creating a customised skincare routine – whether you're dealing with acne, rosacea, pigmentation, or signs of ageing.
She’s also fully qualified in Diolaze XL Laser Hair Removal. Appointments are available with Tracey on Monday's and Tuesday's.

Charlotte Owens
With over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, Charlotte specialises in advanced skin treatments, with a particular focus on NeoGen procedures.
She’s trained in ZO Skin Health and ALL SKIN | MED and combines her in-depth knowledge with precision to deliver real results.
Charlotte is especially passionate about treating acne-prone skin and scarring, using the latest technology to help transform skin health. She’s available at the clinic on Wednesdays and Thursdays, offering HydraFacials, NeoGen (low and high energy treatments), medical-grade chemical peels, microneedling, and Diolaze XL laser hair removal.

Leanne Wharton
With 14 years of experience as a beauty therapist, Leanne brings a wealth of expertise to the clinic. While trained in a variety of advanced facial treatments – including microdermabrasion and facial toning – her true passion is laser hair removal.
As our Laser Hair Removal Specialist, Leanne is highly skilled in Diolaze XL, delivering safe, effective, and long-lasting results. She also offers personalised skincare advice, supported by her training with ZO Skin Health.
You can find Leanne at the clinic every Friday, offering Diolaze XL Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacials, and Circadia Bespoke Treatments.
